Please read these terms carefully before participating in our Merchant Revenue Share Program

Active Processing Requirement

To qualify for monthly payouts, participating merchant accounts must remain actively processing credit card volume every month. Residual payments are generated only while the account is active and processing.

Life-Vested Residuals

Participants earn life-vested residual income for as long as the enrolled merchant account continues processing under the program.

Program Modifications

Program Terms & Conditions are subject to change.

All participants will be notified via email of any updates, adjustments, or compliance-related modifications.

Compliance With Card Brand Regulations

All incentive programs operate in accordance with state-specific regulations and card brand rules governing Dual Pricing and Surcharging programs. Participating merchants must remain compliant with all applicable guidelines.

Opt-Out Policy

Participants who wish to discontinue or opt out of the program must notify us in writing via email. Opt-out becomes effective once confirmed by our support team.

Equipment Ownership

All free replacement terminals and point-of-sale devices provided through this program are the property of NexGenPay.

Devices must be returned upon program termination or upon request.

Processing Volume Verification

Participants agree to provide a recent credit card processing statement for verification of eligibility and ongoing qualification for the program.

Account Setup Requirements

In order to activate payouts, participants must complete:

A signed Referral Agreement

A W-9 tax form

A submitted voided check for direct deposit

Program Eligibility

NexGenPay reserves the right to approve or deny program participation based on processing volume, compliance requirements, or other eligibility criteria.

By participating in the NexGenPay Merchant Revenue Share Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
