Residual Income & Program Requirements

To qualify for payouts, accounts must remain actively processing volume every month. Residual earnings continue as long as the account is processing.

Your submitted business and processing data is used exclusively to:

  • Confirm eligibility

  • Validate ongoing participation

  • Calculate accurate monthly payouts

Equipment & Device Policy

Any free replacement terminals or POS devices provided through NexGenPay:

  • Are the property of NexGenPay

  • Must be returned upon termination of program participation

  • May transmit secure processing data strictly for compliance and support

No personal data is stored on terminals beyond what is required for payment processing.

  • Residual payouts will cease once the account stops processing
